Q:When will my order ship?
In stock will be shipped same day. Made to order will be shipped the next day. Backorders will be confirmed via email. Cut off is 1pm CST for FedEx / UPS ground. Cut off for same day LTL is variable depending on product and carrier availability.
Q:Will I get a confirmation that you receive my order?
Yes, within 24 hours via email. If you order online you will get an auto confirmation and then we will follow up to confirm the sales order.
Q:What is available on your portal? And how do I get access to it?
We will send you a registration link and walk you through the portal. You will have access to our digital content library (sell sheets, videos, images, schematics), as well as your pricing and direct ordering. Available only to distributors — click the "Sign Up" button in the top-right corner of the site to get started.
Q:How do I make a return?
